Woonsocket man arrested for alleged kidnapping, assault of Glocester woman

GLOCESTER – A metropolis man is dealing with felony prices after an alleged kidnapping and violent assault of a Glocester girl that ended along with her escaping to name 911 after he fell asleep.

Nicholas Westenfelder, 31, of 204 Wells St. Woonsocket was charged with felony home violence, kidnapping and housebreaking, together with misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct, larceny, refusal to relinquish a phone and violation of a no contact order following the incident.

In accordance with the arrest report, Glocester police had been referred to as to a house on Highland Lake Highway round 12:45 a.m. on Sunday, April 27. Officers met with the sufferer, who was bleeding from a number of areas on her face and was coated with bruises on her arms and ribs.
