Warwick Arrests March 2025: Hit & Run, Reckless Driving, Assault

WARWICK, RI — WPD March 2025 Warwick arrests included costs for DUI, larceny, home violence, easy assault, and three males arrested on stolen car conspiracy costs.

Warwick Police made 166 arrests throughout this era, in keeping with Warwick Police data. Under are the  primary particulars of particular Warwick arrests, adopted by the numbers of arrests for every cost.

March 2025 Warwick Arrests Particulars

Larceny below $1,500:  On Thursday, March 13, at 5:50 p.m., Officer Dylan A Estrella arrested Harlan Hays, 46, of 445 Oakland Seashore Ave., Apt. #2, charging him with larceny, lower than $1,500. Hays was arraigned in Third District Courtroom March 14, and scheduled for a pretrial convention April 14.

Larceny between $5,000 and $10,000 On March 17, at 2:06 p.m., Officer Alejandro J Martinez arrested Manuel F. Cabral, 37, of 103 Overbrook Ave., Warwick charging him with larceny totaling between $5,000 and $10,000. He was arraigned in Third Division Courtroom  March 18, offered as a bail violator March 28, and scheduled for a court docket screening June 16.

Reckless Driving On March 3 at 8:14 p.m., Officer David L Boardman arrested April Bateman, 22, of 60 Deacon Ave., Warwick, charging her with  reckless driving, easy assault and disorderly  conduct. She was arraigned in Third District Courtroom March 25, scheduled for a pretrial convention April 21 and launched on $1,000 private recognizance.

Hit & Run On March 3 at 9:47 p.m., Warwick Police arrested David O’Donnell, 35, of 112 Harrington Ave., Warwick, charging him with failing to cease following a crash leading to harm to a car.
