PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WHDH) – Two males accused of fatally taking pictures a 7-year-old lady in Windfall, R.I. final week had been arraigned Tuesday.
Ahmari Cabrera, 19, and Shaheem Nathaniel, 26, had been every arraigned on quite a few prices, together with first-degree homicide, a day after the child was pronounced dead.
