4) Conspiracy.

Chase was processed, arraigned by a magistrate and launched on $15,000 private recognizance.

DUI, EG Cease At 9:15 p.m. June 6, troopers arrested Andrew Lisi, 39, of 107 Nice St., Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Beneath the Affect of Intoxicating Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense, and a couple of.) Refusal to Undergo a Chemical Take a look at – First Offense.
