Trio Charged In Ford F-150 Theft Feb. 12

WARWICK, RI — Warwick Police have been known as to 45 Fresno Road Feb. 12 at 1:41 a.m. for a report of three masked males within the storage, catching and charging them for a black Ford F-150 theft from Avis Rental.

Officer Michael Giorgio, one among three officers known as to the handle, reported they have been requested to search for three males sporting face masks who had stolen a black Ford F-150 belonging to Avis Rental on the fourth degree of the storage, captured on closed circuit tv surveillance of the world. The three males have been now making an attempt to exit the storage.

Ford F-150 theft suspects lead officers on foot chase

After arriving on the intersection at about the identical time as officer Charles Vella in his cruiser, Giorgio reported they noticed the trio operating north on Glenham Avenue, then north on Imera Avenue. One of many males turned east onto Coronado Street as two continued north.

Vella adopted the person operating on Coronado Avenue, catching him after he fell in a car parking zone as he tried to stand up and proceed operating, in accordance with the officer’s report. Officer Kristopher Orellana intercepted the person as he tried to stand up and Vella assisted in subduing the person, who refused to surrender his fingers so the officers might handcuff him. Vella reported he struck the person within the shoulder thrice along with his fist, after which the person allowed himself to be restrained. He was later recognized as Antonio Wooden, 35, of 73 Shaw Ave., Cranston, RI.

Giorgio adopted the opposite two masked males, handed them and exited his cruiser, instructing them to cease and lay down on the bottom. As he handcuffed one, Officer David Waddington approached and handcufffed the opposite.

They have been later recognized as Elton B. Goncalves, 27 of 72 Lots St. Apt. 2, Windfall, RI and Kyle A. Spencer, 30, of 72 Lots St., Windfall, RI. All three have been transported to Warwick Police Headquarters, 99 Veterans Memorial Drive, the place they have been charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of burglary tools, and felony conspiracy within the Ford F-150 theft.

Wooden and Gonsalves have been additionally every charged with resisting arrest.
