PORTSMOUTH, R.I. (WHDH) – A 15-year-old lady has died and three different folks have been rushed to the hospital with critical accidents following a partial constructing collapse throughout a commencement celebration on the Portuguese American Residents Membership in Portsmouth, Rhode Island on Saturday night.
Crews responding to a reported collapse with folks trapped underneath the entrance stairwell round 5:30 p.m. discovered the injured, together with two 17-year-old women and a 49-year-old girl, in keeping with Assistant Fireplace Chief Howie Tighe.
Gov. Dan McKee posted about the incident on social media, saying his workplace is “intently monitoring the state of affairs.”
