RULES OF CONDUCT FOR LIBRARY USERS
We hope you take pleasure in our library buildings, and the supplies discovered right here. In consideration for the well-being and security of others and to your personal enjoyment and security, the South Kingstown Public Library Board of Trustees has adopted the next Guidelines of Conduct for Library Customers. Library employees will implement these guidelines.
- Respect the Library employees, the constructing, grounds and all Library supplies.
- Don’t harm, deface, destroy, rearrange, or take away Library property or reveals.
- Respect different Library customers by not interfering with their means to make use of the Library.

- Cell phone use is restricted to the lobby and foyer entrance. Cell phones needs to be set to silent mode.
- Digital tools have to be utilized in such a method in order to not distract or annoy Library patrons.
- Sexual harassment together with unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and different verbal or bodily conduct of a sexual nature is illegal and never tolerated.

- Sexual actions should not allowed on Library premises.
- Solicitation isn’t permitted on Library premises.
- Unattended baggage and/or private objects should not allowed.
Anybody failing to adjust to the Guidelines of Conduct for Library Customers will likely be requested to go away the Library. Members of the Library employees are empowered to implement the foundations and can name the police for help.
