WARWICK, RI — A Warwick man is being monitored by District Court Pretrial Services till his courtroom screening June 2 on a cost for assault of an individual older than 60.

The cost stems from the March 1 Warwick Police arrest of Anthony Olink II, 33, of 3174 Publish Highway, Warwick, at about 3:45 p.m., after officers Kaity Cabrejo and Jonathan DiPietro investigated a reported assault at 3166 Publish Highway.

The person who made the report, a 67-year-old,  informed Cabrejo that he had been engaged on his truck within the again parking zone of his dwelling when Olink approached from the fitting facet of the truck, yelling, “Are going to speak to me now!” and started throwing his instruments an oil onto the driveway and was gesturing towards him with a folding knife.
