A second of celebration, now a bittersweet reminiscence for the household of Timmy Howard.

“A optimistic, upbeat, sort, quiet soul,” stated Patty Howard, Timmy’s mom describing him.

Howard graduated from the College of Rhode Island with a level in communication research and had a summer time internship lined up.
