NORTH PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WHDH) – Former Patriots participant Patrick Move was arrested and accused of assaulting an 82-year-old man at a gymnasium in North Windfall.
North Windfall police arrested the previous participant, 46; he’s charged with assaulting a person over 60 years of age and inflicting bodily harm.
Police stated the incident occurred at a Planet Health gymnasium location in North Windfall in August. They stated the 82-year-old sufferer acquired into an argument with Move over train gear.
Move performed for the Patriots from 2000 to 2006 and was briefly re-signed in 2009 earlier than he retired from the NFL.
At a information convention Thursday, police described the altercation that landed the previous professional in courtroom.
“I imagine the sufferer thought the machine was vacant, that means he was in a position to make use of it,” North Windfall Police Chief Alberto Ruggiero stated. “Move was within the neighborhood of that machine, and that’s when the verbal confrontation started and that’s when Move shoved the sufferer to the bottom.”
Police stated Move organized to show himself in to face these fees. He will probably be again in courtroom in January.
