PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WHDH) – New England Patriots defensive deal with Christian Barmore is reversing course and has issued an apology for his allegations of racism following a visitors cease in Windfall, Rhode Island.
In an announcement, Barmore mentioned, “I apologize to the Windfall Police Division, my teammates and my household. My mom was a police officer and I perceive the pressures associated to their job, which I didn’t make any simpler by reacting within the method that I did. I’m utilizing this as a chance to study and do higher.”
Police say they stopped Barmore for window tint and his license plate cowl.
Barmore had accused Windfall police of racism in a since-deleted tweet.
