PAWTUCKET, R.I. (WHDH) – A restraining order had simply been filed towards the daddy accused of kidnapping his 18-month-old son from a Canton daycare Thursday, in accordance with court docket paperwork.
Simply two days earlier than Nathan Dorosario Sr. allegedly took his son, Nathan Dorosario Jr., from a daycare within the space of 1 Wellness Approach in Canton, his son’s mom had taken out a restraining order towards him, the paperwork mentioned.
The boy’s mom cited harassment and threatening phrases by Nathan Dorosario Sr., in accordance with the paperwork. Dorosario Sr. allegedly prompt he would trigger a scene at his son’s college if his son’s mom didn’t reply to his messages.
Then, on Thursday, Dorosario Jr. was reported to be kidnapped at round 3 p.m.
About 90 minutes after first reviews, the boy and his father have been present in a parking zone in Pawtucket, R.I., officers mentioned. The youthful Dorosario was taken from his father’s arms on Webster Avenue and positioned into an ambulance for analysis.
Dorosario Sr. was arrested and is predicted to be arraigned Monday as a fugitive from justice in Rhode Island.
