Brandon Nowak, 32, and Jason Simmons, 33, each of Foster, RI, and officers and operators of Various Integrative Drugs, LLC, d/b/a Goal Well being, are charged with conspiracy to commit well being care fraud and fourteen counts of well being care fraud.
