The Armory Revival Firm signed a trio of leases totaling greater than 40,000 sq. toes of workplace area at Rising Solar Mills in Windfall, RI. The offers have been with GZA Geo Environmental, Inc., a number one geotechnical engineering agency with greater than 550 workers in 26 workplaces; EpiVax, a Rhode Island-based biotechnology firm with purchasers worldwide; and Bisbano + Associates, Inc., a 25-year outdated architectural agency with a nationwide shopper roster.

Situated at 166 Valley St., the Woonasquatucket River hall property encompasses 313,000 sq. toes of combined makes use of, together with 135 residential models and 130,000 sq. toes of business area initially developed by a partnership of The Armory Revival Firm and Baltimore-based Struever, Eccles & Rouse

CBRE’s John Butterworth represented GZA Geo Environmental. CBRE’s Andrew Galvin suggested the owner because the unique leasing agent of the property.
