[CREDIT: RIDOT] The Rhode Island Department of Transportation opened a new Rte. 37 ramp from the east to Rte. 295N on Monday, part of Phase 2 of a highway upgrade project.CRANSTON, RI — Saturday night, Rhode Island Department of Transportation (RIDOT) is shifting Rte. 37 East travel lanes left at the Oaklawn Avenue Bridge.
