WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE) — The Rhode Island Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to animals will say goodbye to resident who grew to be like household to the group’s employees.

Shelter canine Nonni, who was seized from a cruelty investigation has discovered a house two-and-a-half years after first arriving in Warwick.

A social media put up from the RISPCA reads partially:

It’s slightly bittersweet as she has shaped an unbelievable bond with so many people. We’ll miss her a lot, however we’re overjoyed to see her embark on this new chapter and lease on life.
